Leilani: New Patient Consultant/ Financial Coordinator
Leilani is our financial coordinator and has been in the orthodontic field since 1997. She can be found at the front desk scheduling appointments, answering treatment & financial questions; helping you get the most out of your insurance benefits or assisting the Doctors at your initial appointment and at chairside. She was born and raised in Alameda and is an Alum of Saint Joseph Notre-Dame High School. She is an active parent at Lum School where her daughter attends classes and can be spotted at many of Alameda’s local events. Leilani loves spending time with her family and friends, including her dog Piper, traveling, enjoying the outdoors and adding to her ever growing shoe collection!
Lolly: Office Manager
Lolly is our office manager. She has worked in the dental field for over 20 years. After attending the University of Colorado, she became a Registered Dental Assistant. Lolly took time off to raise two children and volunteer in the community, including performing dental health puppet shows in the Oakland and Alameda schools. She became a Dental Hygienist in 1996 and loves the profession. Her specialty is making sure all of your questions are answered and that you have fun in our office. When she has time off, she prefers to be outdoors swimming, sailing or hiking but, most of all, playing with her five grandchildren.
Norma: Clinical Supervisor
Norma is our Clinical Supervisor and has been working for Parker Orthodontics, a highly trained professional office with a great working team since 1997, after graduating with an AA Degree and Dental Assistant Certificate at College of Alameda. She obtained her license in 1998 and has worked exclusively in the orthodontic field since she graduated from college. She loves working with Dr. Parker and now Dr. Sears, who just joined our team, in making beautiful smiles. She speaks both English and Spanish and has been happily married and has a son, who loves dancing and playing instruments.
Ruby
Ruby Lopez is our clinical assistant and a former intern at Dr. Parker’s office. She graduated from a high school, where the major focus was health (Life Academy of Health and Bioscience). She knew she wanted to do something that made people feel good and also made a difference in their lives. She then graduated from College of Alameda, receiving her Associate’s Degree and Dental Assisting Certificate and this year became a Registered Dental Assistant. She speaks English and Spanish and loves to spend time with her family and friends during her time off.
